Books-by-Mail: service for the homebound
Talking Books: service for individuals with certified visual and/or physical impairments
Electronic Libraries: services in select Hillsborough County Park & Recreation Centers
eAccess: resources available through CDs, the Internet & the Suncoast Free-Net
