If you don't already have a Library Card, now is the perfect time to get one.

In a hurry? Simply print the above form, complete, and bring the completed form to the checkout desk at any branch location. If you have appropriate identification, you can have a valid Library Card in just a few minutes.

Registration Fees

1. New library cards are free for Hillsborough County residents with 1 free replacement per year. There is a $2.00 replacement fee thereafter.
2. Non residents can be issued free cards if they provide documentation (such as property tax bill) verifying their Hillsborough County property tax-paying status.
3. Non-Hillsborough residents must pay an annual fee of $100.00 to obtain a library card with 1 free replacement per year. There is a $2.00 replacement fee thereafter.
