The Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative (HCPLC) will be holding a variety of financial literacy and personal finance workshops during April as part of Money Smart Week. Now entering its 7th year, Money Smart Week is an initiative of the American Library Association and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago to help consumers manage their personal finances.
