Foundation Center Collection
About the Foundation Center Collection
Access to the Foundation Center Cooperating Print and Electronic Collection offers up-to-date information about foundations, corporate giving and government funding as well as proposal writing, and profiles for foundations and corporate givers.
The John F. Germany Library's collection is only one of eighteen in Florida affiliated with the Foundation Center in New York City, a non-profit organization established in 1956 as an authoritative source of information on private and corporate philanthropy. The collection includes the Foundation Center's core publications, as well as a wide variety of resources on foundations, grant makers, non-profit management and fundraising in print and electronic formats.
Whether compiling a list of organizations that fund projects in your area, investigating patterns of giving of a particular corporation or looking for help in writing your grant proposal, you can find information to help in the Foundation Center! When you are ready, ask a librarian to show you how to use this valuable collection.
