Foundation Center Cooperating Collection

Need funding for a worthwhile project? The Foundation Center Cooperating Collection offers up-to-date facts on foundations, corporate giving and government funding.

The John F. Germany Public Library's collection is one of only seventeen in Florida affiliated with the Foundation Center in New York City, a non-profit organization established in 1956 as an authoritative source of information on private and corporate philanthropy. The collection includes the Foundation Center's core publications, as well as a wide variety of resources on foundations and grant makers, non-profit management and fund-raising in print and electronic formats.

When you are ready to start your research, ask a librarian to show you how to use this valuable collection. Whether compiling a list of organizations that fund projects in your area, investigating patterns of giving of a particular corporation or looking for help in writing your grant proposal, you can find information to help in the Foundation Center!
