The Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative (HCPLC) includes the Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library System, the Bruton Memorial Library in Plant City, and the Temple Terrace Public Library in Temple Terrace. Together, these libraries serve over 1 million customers and share a common mission of promoting lifelong learning and an enhanced quality of life for all residents of Hillsborough County.

In addition to traditional resources like books and audiovisual materials, free library resources also include:

Our libraries provide welcoming environments, a broad range of relevant materials in a variety of formats, and highly qualified, customer-focused employees. We are always looking for ways to better serve our community and invite you to contact us with questions, comments, purchase suggestions and program feedback.
